What is STEM? What is FETEMM?
When asked what is STEM, basically; The abbreviation consisting of the initials of the words Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics comes to mind and is basically a strategy that prioritizes science, technology, mathematics and education. The Turkish acronym for this abbreviation with a Turkish equivalent of FETEMM; Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (1).

According to the OECD (Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation) 2017 report, it is seen that it is the last among 34 countries that will lead the professions in the field of FETEMM (STEM) Education in the future. In this case that is trained in STEM FETEMM in the 2016-2030 year shows that Turkey is a human need and should be expansion of STEM education
